Hi! I just purchased video 1: Everything you need to know to enter the contorture chamber. Can you advise on how frequently we should be training and the series of progression? In other words, should we train everyday and is there any other supplemental exercises we should do besides the videos. How do we know when to move on from video 1 to video 2, 3, 4, 5, etc.?
