Hi! I just purchased video 1: Everything you need to know to enter the contorture chamber. Can you advise on how frequently we should be training and the series of progression? In other words, should we train everyday and is there any other supplemental exercises we should do besides the videos. How do we know when to move on from video 1 to video 2, 3, 4, 5, etc.? Thank you, I look forward to becoming super bendy!

I would imagine that since video 1 and 2 are a bit more information, I'd say go onto video 3 pretty early on in your training even if you can't do everything in it. I don't think it's necessary to train this everyday, I'd bet you'd see gains with something like 3 times a week, but maybe Jonathan thinks otherwise. I haven't done 4 or 5 yet. I think I need more time to move onto 5 as my waterfalls are a bit more of a fall than I'd like- lol. hope this answer helps.
